We found this sleeping duck along the Santa Clara River. Or maybe it was sick.
We also found a cat by the river, and Kiira took it in. That was two months ago, and Ranger McGrowley still lives in our apartment. Luckily she is a friendly cat, and did not even have any bad diseases from her days as a feral river cat.
Drysuits are uncomfortable and silly looking, but if you inflate them with air they are quite fun to float down the river in.
